GUIDED MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Oklahoma’s Big League is our newest program for Bigs and Littles in the Tulsa area. The program brings together Bigs and Littles for a BBBS-planned activity once each month with a focus on sports activities.

YOUR COMMITMENT

You can make an incredible impact on a child’s life by mentoring them through the Big League Program once a month.

GUIDED ACTIVITIES

WE PLAN IT FOR YOU!

You can choose between two guided activities each month. Our staff will coordinate with your Little’s family to make sure your Little is able to attend the outing of your choosing.

HOW TO APPLY

MORE INFORMATION

  • Big League is a one-to-one mentorship program where Bigs and Littles meet at events planned by our agency. This program removes the tasks of scheduling and planning activities. Bigs and Littles are required to attend one BBBS-planned activity each month, out of two or more options provided to you by agency staff. Topics of conversation will also be presented at each activity for you and your Little to more easily engage with one another.

  • Bigs and Littles are required to attend one of two match activities each month. The activity will last about four hours. We request a six month commitment from Bigs and Littles.

  • Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child is dropped off and picked up from the scheduled outing at the agreed upon times.
